Orbital tuberculosis an interesting case report

<p>Tuberculosis can affect any organ. Orbital tuberculosis is very uncommon. The involvement of adnexa orbit especially the eyelid rare even in endemic region. Many patients with orbital Tuberculosis doesn’t have concomitant other system by tuberculosis. We report a 13-year-old girl presented complaints painless progressive swelling on right upper for six months. child didn’t septic foci. was planned excisional biopsy which confirmed diagnosis Koch disease histopathology and RTPCR responded well ATT. case being reported to insist earlier prevent further morbidity.</p>
